Communication or workshop.
For Professionals (graduates, diploma holders, etc …) who are currently studying, will prevail for the accomplishment of the inscription, its condition of professional.
Undergraduate and Graduate students must attach a photocopy of the fees of their Course registration.
Only October 20th, 2019.

Information about registration

Registration forms should be filled online and sent together with the payment receipts.
Every participant in a workshop or a communication will pay the stipulated fee.
An email will be sent confirming registration and payment. Registration fees include the following:

Each participant can present a maximum of two different presentations (communication or workshop). A second presentation will include an additional fee.

Communications and workshops deadline June 15th, 2019

Registration consists of two phases:
– Registration form sending.
– Payment of the fees.

If the registration process is not made correctly (a banking report is sent when that happens), a new registration should be made to make it valid.

Revision of proposals and final acceptance by the Scientific Commitee will be announced from June 10th to June 24th 2019

Information about accepted communications will be available on June 27th 2019

Presentation models


Participants can present communications related with the conference topics. Parallel sessions will be organised so that each speaker will count with 20 m for the presentation followed by 10 m for debate.


Workshops will show good practices and experiences related with the conference topics. Presenters, no more tan 4, will count with 1 hour time and sessions should be practical above all. Proposals will take into account full participation of attendees.

Both communications and workshops proposals will be sent before June 15th 2019 the moment you formalise the conference registration. A 300/400 words abstract, the speakers information and the selected conference topic should be also added.

Conference Minutes

Conference proceedings under ISBN reference will be available through the Conference web.


September 15th 2019 is the deadline for registration cancelling and reimbursement will be made with a 50€ penalty. No registration cancellations will be admitted or reimbursements made after the deadline. However, if your proposal is not accepted and your registration is therefore cancelled, 100% of fees will be reimbursed.

Cancellation forms should be sent to info@cieb.es together with a copy of the registration fee payment.
